Went with Aquarius as the inspiration. My fairies are usually plant/bug like in design. So this gal is a combo of a water lily and a skimmer bugs. She uses her “wings” to move across the water, but she can not fly. Also water lilies use their roots to make this weighted foot, so she can’t go too far on land. Unlike the little mermaid, were she to walk, she’d be weighted and slow. I kinda wanted to combine siren/mermaid lore with kapas for this gal too. She doesn’t have a name.
