i never got into ds9 because as a kid i was just like "it's the boring one where they mostly just stay on a space station and talk about boring stuff" as opposed to next generation and voyager where there was always a new planet or a new crisis or some new cool characters (also 7 of 9 omfg sorry i know voyager is "one of the bad series" or whatever but idc she's the best character in the franchise (also i love janeway and the hologram doctor and the whole voyager crew tbh sorry but i just do it was the new star trek when i was a kid sue me))
anyway the cohost collective consciousness is telling me to give ds9 another shot but also writing this post makes me just want to go back to voyager (no need to go back to tng that show was in reruns constantly i probably watched it more than any other star trek)
