we just pushed a change to the way notifications look so that you can open them in new tabs with middle-click, but in so doing we accidentally stumbled on an operations bug that's gonna make the text on them look kinda messed up for the next little bit (the links to the user and the thing you're getting notified about are invisible).
if you know how to clear the caches for cohost.org on your browser, you can do that and it should look normal from then on -- but if not, don't worry, we're workin on it and hope to have a fix out soon!
