finally went back to this one used/retro game store in the city! I’ve been there a handful of times before and always accidentally walk out having spent way too much lol
These finds were definitely worth it though!! They had dozens and dozens of GB games, and I never thought I’d be able to just walk in somewhere and actually find some black bass games or legend of river king GB :O
The black bass games are a really interesting series I discovered while looking up reference stuff for marimon (my fishing-based monster raising project currently on pause). The series went up to at least the 3DS, but the early ones are the most interesting to me cause they have extremely cute chunky anime-esque art in em! The other bass game is one by Natsume and is also suuuuper cute and I love.
