God that sounds incredible. I'm usually a Scotch drinker (or more specifically Welsh) but Irish coffee is The Shit sometimes.
got a Kentucky Coffee at a local restaurant some time ago (irish coffee but with maple syrup and bourbon and then you put cinnamon on it) and. damn. (i've been making these at home)
