Jewel weed is so pretty but I've always struggled to get a good photo of it. Green plants with tiny purple highlights on green grass ... yeah it's tough! This field was filled with what I guess were a bunch that got sun-scorched to pink and peach. This might even end up in the next book.

Thank you! Medium format can be tough to work in over a long period of time but the scans (and prints especially) are soooo worth it.
Gorgeous! A high mark in that my colorblind ass can see those beautiful colors pop out of the green field
