over the past two days our incoming ticket volume per day has dropped by like 75% (a lot of these were about one specific bug1 that wasn't serious at all in terms of how broken it made the site act) and we made solid progress in clearing out the backlog today. thanks for your patience if you've still got a ticket open, we should hopefully get to it soon.

it's like if you could turn the wrong way and your appendix suddenly started making a deafening siren noise and you had to drive down to the emergency room for the doctor to cut you open and flip the switch back off.
btw you have this one ticket that's about pictures taken on mobile being too big and it's marked as unfixable but this is quite false: you can't make the OS take smaller images, but you can compress the images in-browser. here's some demo code i wrote that works on all (reasonable) browsers.
