Today was Raide's birthday... it's been three years since he passed, but he would have been 35 now. Recently I've had cause to think about DTIPB, the game that we met during the development of—he didn't do the art on it, but he did draw this fanart as a birthday present for me in 2013, which I now keep a print of on my wall. I never know what else to say when this day comes around other than I miss him a lot and I'm deeply grateful that we at least got to spend six years working together, even if that feels more and more like it's far too short a time with every passing year.
