AWS is committed to giving all their customers, big and small, access to the same technologies that big tech companies have, for a reasonable price.

Now, we're introducing AWS Spot Orbital Laser (SOL). AWS SOL lets customers spend a low, per-second price to retarget Amazon's corporate orbital laser to the coordinates that help you grow your business. Pay only for what you use, cancel anytime.

So this gives us target radius, but no information about the amount of time on target required to achieve various grades of deliverable quality. I'm presuming there's a significant difference in lift between, say, helping SCOTUS with their tans versus overturning Dobbs.
