  • this episode was aired on April 22, 2018; the last two packs of the Kitara Cycle and any subsequent releases would not be tournament-legal
  • Oscar (the corp player) is using Custom Biotics as his identity and has Tollbooth, Wall of Static, and Adonis Campaign installed; he also has an advanceable card installed face down with two credits on it. here are the decklists on NRDB which match this, none of which seem to be particularly popular.
  • Taylor (the runner player) has Gordian Blade, The Maker's Eye, and Paperclip in their deck; looking at the shot where focus pulls across their tableau, it looks like they've also got Magnum Opus and some Shaper identity. here are the decklists on NRDB which match this.

edit: @DavidForbes corrected me on Taylor's pronouns. I don't watch Billions and made an incorrect assumption, my bad!

Thanks! I don't watch billions regularly, but caught a few episodes (including this one) at a friend's place one time and remembered them mentioning that the show was a rarity on network tv for having a major nonbinary character played by an nb actor.

This episode was also filmed way earlier than your tentative timeframe; from what I remember (of high level competitive Netrunner players actually being asked to consult on this episode - I think Dan D'Argenio has a very brief cameo as an extra or is lurking offscreen or something) it's probably some kind of boring HB Glacier but with someone using Custom Biotics for style points (the actual very brief reign of competitive Custom Biotics decks was a few years off at this point) and probably an Opus .... Hayley or something.
