glass bed on your 3d printer mean you can't really get attractive first layers off of it? not a huge fan of the way big flat layers look anyway? want to go through less plastic on prototypes? press-pull a voronoi diagram into your design to solve all three of these problems

voronoi diagrams are great! one thing that's cool about them is the reason why they generate vaguely biological-looking topologies is that they partition space into areas based on which seed point is the closest -- which is a biologically plausible way for e.g. cell growth to work
