xena!!! i appreciate that you added an image description to this (and i love the art) but it's really long. give this article a view. personally, i might write "Illustration of Xena Snowscale, a furry anthropomorphic creature with cat-like features and dragon scales, wearing a vest and shorts. She's conjuring a small dragon made of ice while smiling mischievously."
i don't know if describing every single color is important considering blind people don't always know colors... but i've heard tactile details can help and people prefer simpler descriptions when it's used in alt text :0
(this may also be worth reading in terms of how deaf/blind people feel about image descriptions)
