I’m a member of pixelbar, the hackerspace in my city. And this morning it burned down. I’m fine, I’ve heard no messages that anybody else got hurt.
I didn’t have much stuff there. But there were other members with bigger projects. The biggest loss is the space we built together.
No idea what happens now, we’ll have to figure it out in the upcoming days/weeks.

We organized the regular Wednesday hackerspace evening somewhere else. And it was kind of normal? Of course the subject was the space burning down, what we lost and plans to rebuild. But I found that we didn't lose the community that made the hacker space. It makes me hopeful for the future.
