A few years ago I got back into cross-stitching for the first time since it was a class I took in fourth grade. Clockwise from the left we have the Emelan protagonists, designed by lpanne, a math sampler where the pattern was revealed in a puzzle-a-day count down to π day by mathysphere, a pokémon patch I created the pattern for using the art from the third generation (I think) Pokédex, and a sad I alien adapted from art made by Sad Alien Club.
I stole all these photos from my tumblr the night I got access to posting here on cohost, and then I just had them saved as a draft. I think I need to get over the need to make only "good" posts that comes whenever I get a new social media, similar to the pressure of writing in a blank journal.
At Christmas I lost my shoebox that contained all my embroidery, including my game of A Mending and a Welcome to Night Vale cross-stitch I've been working on since 2019. :(
