sometimes I feel like videogame characters (player characters in particular) nowadays are all a bit too pretty
sure, they‘re handsome/beautiful to look at, but when everyone you can play looks like they escaped from a supermodel walkway, it gets a bit boring, imo
we have reached the complete opposite end of the spectrum from the days of TES: Oblivion
unironically no game released today can hold a candle to TES4: Oblivion
Skyrim would've been good if they had taken TES4 and said to themselves "what if we actually wrote an interesting politically shifting world with consequences in it" but no we get AAA graphics and Dragonboy ChosenOne and go slice up some guys and fetch a ring in the most washed out grey chasm youve ever seen.
