Sometimes it takes gamedev to really make you appreciate how many teeth an adult human really has.
I thought it'd be fun to make a critical hit in coolstation knock out a tooth, which is purely a mess for the janitor to clean and has no further effect on you. I did however specify 32 teeth per skull, so naturally I had to test if it worked correctly when you lost them all. It took several sessions of healing that geneticist from near-death to get enough crits to knock em all out, so you're very unlikely to ever run out of teeth in normal gameplay.
