embarrassed that it took me till my 30s to realize just how many preferencial disagreements and issues and interpersonal disputes really just boil down to "there's a boundaries problem"

things u gotta do:

1. know your boundaries
2. set your boundaries
3. assert your boundaries
4. learn other people's boundaries
5. respect their boundaries

thats it!!!!!!! once you do that, life is insanely easy!!!!!! you just hang out with people who respect your boundaries and you run the fuck away from people who dont!!!!!! beautiful framework for navigating life and relationships!!!!!!!
