i love blurry photos from old digital cameras very much, it feels just about accurate to my own memories of things
when they're my photos i usually wish they were clearer unless the blur makes them look cool, hehe, but i totally agree about them feeling like memories due to the blurriness.
no idea whatsoever about what location this one's depicting...
