Are you on a browser? Because Netflix wonโt give you more than 720p if you donโt have a DRM capable one AND 4K is basically impossible to get on desktop computers unless your whole chain is somehow HDCP certified or some bullshit
Firefox supports DRM streaming afaik? but yeah we watch Netflix all the time on this setup and never noticed betore. there are as also a bad graphical artifact on the top of the letterboxing too
Nah I think Firefox is still the last one not to implement DRM streaming (which is also why you can take screenshots of Netflix there) but maybe they added it recently?
pretty sure its been around a while unless this is somehow different

yeah i think in general thats true and there's no bitrate override controls, but something seemed uniquely terrible about mario. i mostly watch live action for streaming tho so im wondering if its just more noticeable on the mario art style, or maybe even just slow servers thx to xmas
