this is 88° apparently. a low contrast smudge. the widgets sidebar is also full of blurry lines. there's just no attention to pixel precision any more. then again, their laptops don't even ship with integer scaling factors as an option any more! so it's not too surprising. also note that blurry lines on the edges of all the content boxes too, ugh!
