wv has lost all his army and lothes himself for being a failure and yet here come these two people who are in the same place as him who enjoy and support his dream of a new world where prospitians and dersites can get along (ar is shown helping wv with exile/can town)
pm lost her job, home, and everything she loved and lived for in one day yet here comes these two charming men who at one point were supposed to be her enemies, but they do their best to make her feel welcome and give her a dream of a better home gripping your shoulders
I have so many thoughts about WV and Dave. Actually WV and the meteor kids in general. Imagine you are WV and everything has been taken away from you twice now. You truely believe you'll never be able to heal - but then you wind up on a rock with a gaggle of teenagers who've been through the same shit you've been except they're kids and they've lost all their parents (some of which were never all that great at parenting)
One of them gets drunk all the time because thats how her mother coped, one of them feels they can't be vulnerable because thats what their brother beat into him, a group of them just watched their friend go insane and slaughter their other friends, one of them would've literally been killed due to his blood color.
Yet, somehow, these kids still have hope. They have a plan and fully intend on winning the game, they fall in love, they have fun together, and they even help WV with can town, and make plans for after the game - the future.
They saved WV's life, and maybe he would want to help save theirs.
