not quite the same thing, but technically you can, with iframes! chiframe etc are very cool for this
what's chiframe?
iframes are an option ig (does cohost allow them?) but they require hosting stuff somewhere, which is effort
this beautiful tool to make iframes easy. you do have to put an HTML file somewhere, but imo no problem with something like github pages
