spotify will just. replace an album you've been listening to for years with the same album but there's (2022 Remaster) stuck next to it and it sounds fucking awful and you can never find the original mix on spotify ever again. i could never take that. if that happened even once to me i would cancel my subscription and burn a big spotify logo in effigy. i think this is a normal position that most music listeners should have
