Honestly, a bit of a rough one, coming off of having a cold into some climate disaster, but nevertheless, boopadoopadoopdweet it's time for good things that happened this week
- had a good movie night with the movie night gang watching Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. I haven't watched that movie in like 20 years and it still owns. Is it problematic that I think both of those girls are totally straight? Sometimes girls are just straight, unfortunately, as I've learned.
- the bad air fucking did me in but everyone was really nice about it and I didn't have to do much at work as everyone else was going through it. my family had some real funny jokes over text that really kept me going.
- played a huge ton of We <3 Katamari Reroll. We <3 Katamari is one of the all time greatest games there is, and it's a huge blessing that you can play it again. I was fooling myself saying Katamari Forever was enough. It wasn't. There are so many good levels in We <3 Katamari.
- the air got good again and I went out tonight to da bar and hung out with people who I met when I crashed that butch birthday party a few months ago and then got invited to their discord and became their friends. for all that it's been great to hang on that discord, I feel way better and less like a weird interloper now that I've hung out with people in person a second time
- also my friend the bartender told me a buckwild story about working at a mobbed up pizza truck that I have basically already forgotten
- I made a stew at some point and some really nice eggy bowls and salads
