considering if it's impossible to get main charactered on cohost, or at least very very hard. I certainly hope so. but also, the people who are here are here to get away from dunking, so I presume the whole business highly unlikely

the closest i’ve seen was when a bunch of people were talking about whether the site should have visible metrics, and it took a very long time for me to figure out that was because of a specific post. even when i knew it was impossible to find the post in question, let alone dunk on it. peace and love on planet cohost
yeah, there's certainly sometimes a discourse du jour but I'm not sure if this is a place where a "hey check out this fucker. let's make today about eating them alive" culture would really grow
corroborating @horseonvhs ‘s anecdote with my own: “person who appends a forum signature to all their posts asking for staff to add alt text on audio posts” has been the closest I’ve seen so far to an actual main character on cohost.
This one was pretty immediately clear that everyone (read: three people I follow) was talking about a specific person, but I still never saw their handle and knew it would be too hard to find the post myself so I didn’t bother digging. Much to think about.
Yeah, it's pretty funny that like immediately after I posted this there was some sort of hubbub connected to a specific person... but there was really no way for me to figure out what the root of the discussion was. Much to think about.
