just remembered that when I had covid but was not accepting that I had covid1 that was the only time I decided in my nearly 20 years of enjoying the Ace Attorney fandom that I might actually investigate the fanfiction. I felt like I was breathing through fiberglass at every second, too damp and too dry all at once, and also thinking "I really disagree with this characterization of Edgeworth but I don't know if that's fair of me, since I just haven't ever been interested in the games after the first trilogy"
