there are people I have drifted apart from and haven't spoken to in years and years who are still on my steam friends list and I'll see their name pop up and be like, oh hey, glad to know you're still out there kicking, apparently playing baldur's gate or whatever. I have no need to connect with you again, but it's nice to be reminded you're still making it in this hard world
and then there's someone on my steam friends list named 'Kaidan Alenko' who I have no fucking IDEA who it is. maybe it's just actually Kaidan Alenko? ugh.
