The thing about supporting a Patreon for a podcast is that I'm never ever ever ever caught up on any podcasts (except mbmbam), so every special Patreon update I get is IMMEDIATELY deleted

https://www.glasscannonnetwork.com/ is an RPG (Pathfinder) actual play podcast that does a great version of this; their main show is free, and they do different shows behind the patreon paywall. The patreon shows are VERY good; I'm often more caught up on those than the main feed.
I support podcasts with Patreon but will never be caught up on the podcasts for them, even if they're good! I've heard glass cannon is great, I don't remember if I've tried it or not! The one I'm on now is Worlds Without Number, and I finally made it through the 8 episode prequel and I'm like 15 episodes behind the actual podcast lol, god
