ok it's genuinely crazy, as in my brain is doing shit I have no permission for it to do, to suddenly start getting a regular period and having a lot of feelings in my late fucking 30s!!! I have the biggest feelings and I cry without knowing why!
it is also cool as hell to finally be in touch with my own actual feelings and self and wants and needs and to more or less know who I am, even as I am a human is growing and being dynamic
