saw my own post on the timeline and almost liked it that's just how good i am at this game

in kinda fun related news to my last post tho i get to text my therapist tomorrow "i saw a massive spider on my wall last night and was convinced it was the angel gabriel" which will be really funny

need to re-teach the brain to not go on social media during an episode like we had today, off meds that helped with our paranoid schizophrenia due to simply just not having any doctors anymore from changing insurance so we're kinda exploding recently, not good but still best to just let myself explode before i try and be online lest i just say horrible shit over and over again
