How do you do that? If I go to my settings / manage your subscription I can enter billing information but there's nothing at all to click on to actually pay anything.
settings > manage subscription > update > quantity
might be different for monthly payments?
also i noticed if i adjust the quantity to a number lower than what iāve already paid for it doesnāt need another payment, so you may need to increase it higher and then lower it afterwards
Have you changed email addresses? I did that and (after working with support) found out that got the system a little confused. They were able to straighten it out for me and now I can change the quantity.
