A thing about the Cohost Experience that could stand to be improved is that if someone is being a rude little freak in your comments and you block them but people start telling them off, you will get a lot of notifications that look like:

WOW aren't you a rude little freak!!!!
It's great that we can know exactly who this refers to with zero additional context.
Every platform requires some means by which third parties can regularly keep you updated on what the most obnoxious guy there has to say, no matter what you try to do to remove him from your awareness. I haven't found anyone able to account for why this is such a crucial feature but if it wasn't wouldn't someone somewhere along the line have made blocking also apply to replies and quote dunks and etc.
