- Pacifist to a fault.
- Understands that the system is rotten to the core and attempts to solve this by issuing said system tear-gas grenades instead of bullets.
- Can be rescued from an MIB raid by piling TNT crates all over his apartment and accidentally setting them off.
- Despite all of the above, is near indestructible and will casually whip out a plasma cannon when threatened.
Adam Jensen
- Can automatically punch somebody's lights out, at the cost of one candy bar per punch.
- More fragile than he looks.
- Has a Cover button.
- Subscribes to the Leon S. Kennedy school of inventory management.
- For Reasons, is perfectly accurate when shooting from cover.
- Certain augmentations enable him to perform the forbidden Chaos Dunk.

Happy Mask Salesman
- Purveyor of fine
body horror experiencescreature and character masks since (insert time frame here). - Wildly unpredictable, seemingly capable of frame-perfect teleports even during casual conversation.
- Is seemingly the only other person aware of ongoing time loops.
- May or may not be responsible for initiating a time loop.
- Really, really wants Majora's mask.
- You would not dare displease him.
Dark Link
- Hyrule's chosen hero! !oɿɘʜ nɘƨoʜɔ ƨ'ɘluɿyH
- Predictable in that he already knows exactly what you are going to do.
- Copies your exact movement down to individual footsteps.
- It's unclear whether his mimicry works on anybody other than Normal Link.
- Big fan of Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame.
The Matchup
While I don't expect the mask man partakes directly in the fight, his masks will likely be of use to Dark Link. On the other hand, if Dark Link's movements depend on him having someone to mimic, it's possible he will not partake of any transformative headwear during the fight. It leaves to be determined if Dark Link carries the same equipment as his mirror, but if he does, Team Minimum-Force-Approach can expect to be pelted with plasma and/or get punched really hard.
On the other hand: only Adam Jensen has main character powers, as Paul is more than content to stand around doing nothing unless threatened. And it's fairly established that Adam generally can't dispatch his bosses non-lethally, so he may default to the chaos dunk his more general attack options such as the Typhoon augment or his ridiculously overpowered modified handgun. But all it'd take is one missed shot somewhere during the battle to set Paul off, leaving Dark Link to figure out how to mirror two augmented super-soldiers at once.
I would weigh this fight in favor of Team Minimum-Force-Approach - but also would like to note that we're likely to never see this fight reach its conclusion, as this world may be destroyed before--
