well i have good news and bad news, the bad news is that there were no dogs, the good news is that there were no dogs. There was no Mrs. Ruth Long either and Dean Studios was shut down by the FTC in September 1960.
A... photo enlargement and painting business? With a pyramid-scheme-style word-of-mouth advertising model? I'd guess the dogs don't exist at all and are intended as a lure to trick gullible children into bothering everyone they know distributing marketing materials, but it's still baffling.
