Picked up Kowloon High School Chronicles after seeing an Instagram ad for a physical Switch copy of all things and it's just a fucking delight to stumble upon games like this and find out they're this cult hit that's informed or completely forecasted bigger imports from Japan. Like there's this whole wave of completely realized social sim-dungeon crawlers that are barely in English that I get to feast on for the rest of my life instead of torturing myself with Persona 3 over and over again. Like only P3P lets you be a girl and Rune Factory 5 is the only kind of tangential thing that kind of lets you be gay. Can't wait until I know of enough Japanese to inundate myself with this shit or until some poor sap agrees to work on something like this with me for like five years straight.
