i do not know how to describe just how freeing and healing it is to have a fun goofy time with other queer (especially trans) people is
especially if you can do so irl
i have had the privilege of attending pride events, going to an arcade, going to see Monty Python and the Holy Grail, swim in the river, eat at shitty and sometimes nice restaurants, hung out at people's apartments, attended house parties, etc ALL with other queer and trans people
many of whom were also autistic, but that's a topic i'll get to in depth another time
my point here is that being able to visit and have fun with a variety of queer people is an enriching experience and i highly recommend it; get as many different kinds of queer in there as you can too
