Shaded cells cannot share an edge with each other (although they can touch at the corners). The loop cannot have any junctions or dead ends. There can only be one loop, not multiple loops.
Grey clue cells with a number tell you how many of the four cells that share an edge with the grey cell are shaded. There may be shaded cells which aren't indicated by any clue cell.
Here's a Koburin! It's like a Yajilin, except that clues only tell you about the four nearest cells, rather than about all cells in a straight line. So individual clues are less powerful, but you can still get some cute tricks out of them. I like how this puzzle turned out.
