i have very rarely gone 24 hours without sleep, but the one i remember most was when i dropped acid and then had work the next day. don't drop acid if you have work the next day
At one time in my life, I would've simplified this to "nobody should drop acid"
Nowadays, I instead think nobody should have to work the next morning.
