I spent so long trying to figure out how to approach the text - ingame the text they use for the Arbiter pillars and associated visual language isn't afaik a specific actual script, so I had to dig thru various fonts and scriptures and etc. to find something that felt thematically and visually appropriate (Short of hand-drawing it...). I actually nearly did the text in a custom font for an ancient slavic alphabet called "glagolitsa" which felt superficially similar, but ultimately I got better textural and thematic resonance out of the Rosetta Stone, especially the Demotic middle portion!
GOD THE PROCESS OF FILLING OUT THE BACKGROUND WAS A REAL TRIAL, HUH... I think it came out fricking excellently, so it was well worth the effort!!! It really does look like one of those funky pillars, esoteric and impossible to read for a simple person such as I, but full of intrigue.....
