Oh BOY.... honestly it might be harder to find ones I don't love, Gege has a similar design sensibility to Togashi where even the most absurd or wilfully silly designs become compelling regardless. That said, surprising no one even slightly, my all timers are Mahoraga (If it can be counted as a "cursed spirit?") , Hanami (my favourite girl...) Kuro-urushi, Mahito's fully realized form and Naoya's Cursed form, with honorable mentions to Dagon's fully realized form, the mock-Ganesha Kenjaku summons, the locust spirit, the smallpox deity, Zero Rika and Yorozu's metallic insectoid technique
