I'm, only posting about it here bc doing it somewhere the game is officially being promoted feels hugely presumptuous but god I think one of the things i'm most excited for wrt the game is like... the chance that people might make fanwork of some kind? I so desperately want to see people reflect these characters through their lens... the idea that someone might care enough to paint Shou or X or Enyo or Ayesha or anyone else, or write a wildly melodramatic fic about the tragedy of one of the villains, or etc.
I have no reason to expect any of this will happen and it has to be organic, but I can't help but want it lmao. I feel like this process of dialogue between a work and the audience, the reflection of concepts and characters back and forth in discussion and development is how the work stays alive in the longterm, at least from a narrative standpoint.
