Human faces, specifically older ones. I love rendering the creases/wrinkles of a deeply weathered face - there was a time when I went out of my way to avoid anything that resembled human features, so learning to relish painting them was a real surprise
Have you played ultrakill and/or taken a swing at drawing v1, i have a vague memory like you might have but i couldn't find it on your artstation and combing Twitter for specific images really sucks
