I half wonder if this person is part of the non-insignificant group of folks who define kink as "you enjoy this" and fetish as "you Require This To Be Present To Get Off" and this is intended as a like... poorly phrased "I don't support this IRL" maybe...???
(I don't understand WHY people make that divide but I've seen it enough times online that I assume there has to be some reason people do it)

Wishing them a very getting normal about sex and kinks so they can admit to themself that this isn't a moral thing and thus gain the strength to tag/CW correctly

Wild how often moral purity prevents people from realising they're doing the Make People See Stuff They Didn't Wanna thing. (I do not miss the days of seeing Tumblr callout posts full of untagged "immoral" NSFW content because "if they were tagged how would the minors find out this person is bad!!!!" 🙃 I hope those kinda posts don't happen any more but I've long since curated my way away from those areas.)
