There are only two possibilites when submitting a new OC to Design Approvals in an ARTPG:
- "man oh man I'm biting my nails at how far I pushed all the rules, they're going to tell me I got 15 things wrong and need to do tons of fixes!!" → approved on first try.
- "this is the most conservative, safe design I've ever done. Every choice I made was as as within bounds of the stated rules as possible. It should pass easily!" → banished to Corrections for three rounds.
