A cookbook for people who Cannot Possibly but still need to eat: the depressed, the unwell, the stressed and sad, the people who are just plain out of spoons. I was extremely pleased about how realistic they are with respect to effort levels; they even break recipe variations up by how much additional work they'd be. (Note that the maximum tops out around "ooh, feeling so fancy that you'd wash a collander tonight too?" Haute cuisine this is not.)
The whole book is vegetarian leaning with a ton of vegan recipes & variants. It's also written with a lot of humor and I read the whole thing front to back just for that. Excellent little cookbook, strongly recommend to anyone who needs food to happen with less struggle.
