I'm scrolling @Artists-On-Cohost in hopes of seeing what other peoples' TOS look like these days... and most of these don't link a TOS document? Qhat?
I'm not gonna tell other people what to do with their lives, I'm just very pro-documentation and last time I looked into things it was absolutely bog-standard advice to post your terms of service all official-like somewhat for the legal ass-cover but also because it was a useful filter for weeding people out in both directions prior to interacting. Are people using the commission form to do that instead these days, or something else...? I'm pretty sure I'm missing something here.
