The joke was originally "Paleo Pines is medically advisable" because I've got some RSI acting up and the cute-relaxing game I can play on controller aggravates it less than my other entertainment options.
Unfortunately, it has become "Paleo Pines is medically advisable" because med changes are being Unkind™ to my brain chemistry and for whatever reasons the cute dino game levels everything back out enough that that I can think in a straight line again.
This effect isn't new or unknown to me– before Paleo Pines I had several highly successful months using Grow: Song of the Evertree to do the same. But having to deliberately rely on it is 
(I know it sounds like a silly thing to complain about, but when the problem is braindrain so sever I want to make comparisons to the (extremely displeasing) times I've been dosed up with opiate painkillers, things are not going well.)
