Beginning to wonder if the absolutely unceasing impulse to get more characters in ARTPGs is somehow related to MMORPG altitis.
Like, sure, the desire to impulsively acquire more characters when I'm kinda bored/not feeling ~*inspired*~ by my current roster? Not hard to explain. Totally reasonable that sometimes a person may experience the desire for novelty.
But if I find myself in "I should get another kukuri" mode while I am in the dopamine-high-tide honeymoon phase drawing/writing about my existing kukuri that I won't shut up about? Something is afoot.
