missed memorial service, just as well, in bad clothes because I don’t have my suitcase because southwest is garbage, and I slept late because I was up past 1 because I was at the airport again trying futilely to find my bag.
I don’t even know what happens if I cancel my flight on southwest and change to another airline, what happens to my bag?
