I should not be left completely unsupervised, I’m liable to do things like buy a pretty framed artwork to have shipped home… A certain part of the nerd in me wanted a lightsaber, getting it home is impractical this time, and I want to build it, which I would’ve needed to prebook and did not, another trip, albeit probably to Disneyland…
Disney Springs is huge and even more be-peopled than the parks, and most stores don’t interest me, but I got a poke bowl and karage and a couple gifts for people, and then I came back to the hotel and watched 4 out of 6 episodes of season 6 of The Expanse.
Tomorrow I go to the airport somewhat early via ride share, hop on a plane, take it back to the bay, then… hop in another ride share to a different airport to retrieve my car… and maybe my checked bag back if I’m lucky, which I doubt. Turns out the flights on Southwest I would’ve been on did go through, but I’m ok with my decision to not trust them. I enjoyed a day down here just to myself.
